Eagle Consulting Global collaborated with Mesra Associates to deliver a comprehensive range of consultancy services for the 76-bed Jasin Hospital in Melaka. The project aimed to provide state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality, efficiency, and comfort for both medical professionals and patients.

Services Provided:
Our consultancy encompassed advanced solutions across various essential systems. This included designing and implementing an opening theatre air filtration system to maintain sterile surgical environments and deploying heat pumps and hot water systems to ensure a reliable supply of temperature-controlled water. A dehumidifier and electrical heating system were also installed to enhance indoor air quality and comfort.
We established a medical gases pipeline system, featuring a liquid oxygen plant, compressed air plant, and medical vacuum plant, to support critical medical operations. Additionally, the project included an LPG system, mortuary refrigerators, and a nurse call system with integrated digital call functionality to streamline communication and operations.
To further enhance hospital efficiency, we implemented a master clock system, intercom, and 2-way radio communication system, ensuring seamless coordination and time management across all departments. These systems collectively supported the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while meeting rigorous industry standards.
